We operate on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited time slots.

When checking out, schedule your delivery by specifying your preferred date and time. Deliveries are conducted within a 3-hour window by Party Labs delivery driver and include inflation, weighting, and assembly.

Our delivery service covers North Metro Atlanta area. Please refer to our list of eligible delivery zones.

You can schedule deliveries up to 6 months in advance. It's advisable to confirm your booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.

Please note that delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. To ensure timely arrival, it's recommended to schedule delivery or setup before your event begins. Deliveries and setups may occur at any time within the selected time frame.

Any requests for rerouting or rescheduling delivery or setup are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. After this period, all orders are considered final and non-refundable.

The duration of balloon float time can fluctuate depending on temperature, environment, and handling. Please note that balloon longevity cannot be assured if taken outside.

Variations in temperature and environmental conditions, such as cold or hot air, high humidity, fluctuating barometric pressure, elevated altitudes, and airflow from fans and vents, can shorten the floating time of balloons. Exposure to direct sunlight may lead to bursting, while cold settings can cause shrinkage.

Additionally, environmental shifts and temperature fluctuations, along with potential micro-tears from manufacturing defects, may result in deflation or popping of balloons. Should an order arrive damaged or defective, Party Labs provides a replacement, subject to availability, or offers a store credit or refund.

Ensure the longevity and quality of the product by adhering to these guidelines:

- Keep the product in an environment with stable temperatures.

- Avoid exposing it to extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, and proximity to windows, flames, heat sources, or air vents.

- Shield it from sharp objects and abrasive surfaces such as textured or "popcorn" walls, as well as glass windows and brick walls.

- Note that this item is not suitable for outdoor use. Placing it outdoors voids any replacement, refund, or credit options.

The team reserves the right to relocate or decline placement if the product is positioned unsafely or at risk of damage to fixtures.
